This will be a very short update.

Have I been neglecting this website? Absolutely.

However, I’m hoping that I can get back in the saddle and working on this site will be like riding a bicycle (I can say that now because my husband actually taught me how to ride a bike in December 2025).

So, what happened in 2025?

1. I started a new job in September
2. I learned to ride a bicycle
3. I read 200 books

Plans for the Site

I’d like to do more writing; articles and short stories, not just book reviews. I’d also like to do more sewing and share some of those projects.

Will I ever start creating content for YouTube and/or TikTok? We’ll see. Considering my aversion for social media in general, I’d need to hire someone to manage those if I decide to go that route.

For now you can look out for one piece of site content every week. I’ll try alternate the article types that get posted, but chances are high the next few will just be book reviews.
