- Spearheaded the setup and facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies across the organisation; this was defined by training the appropriate people on the various Agile methodologies that exist(like Scrum, Kanban, RAD, XP, and DSDM), and how this could empower the Product and Engineering teams
- Measured and reported on key performance indicators, and then used this data to adjust processes within the organisation to help improve overall performance and efficiency
- Co-ordinated cross-team communication and collaboration within the organisation, making sure each team could achieve their set success factors
- Directed project implementation across numerous clients by having regular check-ins, weekly written reports to stakeholders, and escalating critical items
- Drafted and maintained documentation, such as user guides and process documentation, for internal and external use
- Wrote, maintained, and regularly executed end-to-end front-end manual test cases across the organisation’s product suite, and logged the relevant tickets in Shortcut once testing was concluded
- Walked through user acceptance testing with clients prior to go-live, ensuring that any issues were resolved timeously
