  • Spearheaded the setup and facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies across the organisation; this was defined by training the appropriate people on the various Agile methodologies that exist(like Scrum, Kanban, RAD, XP, and DSDM), and how this could empower the Product and Engineering teams
  • Measured and reported on key performance indicators, and then used this data to adjust processes within the organisation to help improve overall performance and efficiency
  • Co-ordinated cross-team communication and collaboration within the organisation, making sure each team could achieve their set success factors
